The “Clean & Safe” seal
Being a member of the Clean & Safe seal means making a commitment to comply with the safety and hygiene requirements defined by the National Tourism Authority according to the guidelines of the Directorate-General for Health.

Internal Protocol
Our Staff have had all the necessary training in order to get to know the cleaning, hygiene and basic prevention and control measures of COVID-19.
If you would like to consult our complete Contingency Plan, please do not hesitate to ask us.
During the development of our activities, the company ensures the following:
- All Staff have received Training towards the ‘Clean and Safe’ seal in order to prevent COVID-19
- All partners with who the company work with are possessors of the ‘Clean and Safe’ Seal
- The use of mask is obligatory
- All common areas are immediately disinfected by our staff after every use
- A 2m safety distance is applied
- The disinfection of hands before the beginning of the activity and whenever there is disembarkation and embarkation;
- We provide disinfectant gel for every person as much as necessary
- All recommended measures from the DGS (Health Directorate) are applied

The Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center of the Algarve is an extrajudicial means of resolving consumer disputes that allows consumers and businesses to resolve consumer conflicts that affect their relations through a fast, simple procedure and low costs.
The operation of the Center complies with the provisions of Law 144/2015 of 8 September and its own Regulation.
