For consumer conflicts arising in the Algarve region, the competent entity is:
CIMAAL – Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo do Algarve
Alternative Dispute Resolution offers consumers an accessible, swift, and impartial method to resolve conflicts with businesses outside of the traditional court system. In the event of a disagreement regarding our tours or services, CIMAAL provides independent mediation and arbitration to help both parties reach a fair resolution.
