Guadiana River Tours
The Guadiana River is an incredible feat of nature that should be on everyone’s bucket list when visiting the Algarve.
Not only is it a natural sanctuary for many species of wildlife all year round it is also a shelter for wintering birds.

Tailor Made Tours
We believe in creating authentic, fun and engaging tours for groups that want to discover the Real Algarve.
This is why at Riosultravel we offer the chance for you to create your own tour using the resources we have available. We have a fleet of 4×4 Jeeps, a boat capable of navigating up and down the Guadiana river and a old farm, Quinta do Rio, where you can eat and drink local Portuguese products and enjoy live entertainment.

The experience with Riosultravel was delightful from start to finish. The person who arranged the tour for us in their office was so helpful and knowledgable, not only about the tours on offer, but also about attractions in the local area.we felt keen to book on to the safari tour after hearing the description of what was involved, and we felt the price was very reasonable indeed for everything that was included. Our guide, Florry, was lovely. We enjoyed learning from him about Portugal, its culture, landscape and people. He was such a warm and friendly character.When the jeep safari section of the tour finished, we were brought to a stunning farm and allowed to relax by their pool with a drink whilst lunch was set up. Lunch was so simple, but so, so good. An absolutely delicious Mountain soup to start, chicken and potatoes for a main and huge slices of melon to finish, washed down with wine and bread. We were allowed to eat as much as we liked, were able to ask for more at any time, and we are delighted in the entertainment and song from Carlos and his able accompanying singers! The boat trip afterwards was so relaxing and enjoyable. I would advise other holidaymakers not to miss out on this great value excursion. A brilliant way to spend the day in this wonderful country.
Jeep tour gedaan en met boot terug gevaren.Jeep tour was mooi en leuk, gezellige en leuke Nederlandse chauffeur/ gids. Top vrouw.Goede uitleg van wat we onderweg tegen kwamen.Eind van de tour gezamenlijk in restaurant gegeten en gedronken.Je had de mogelijkheid om te zwemmen.Terugweg met de boot, mooie boot en route.Alleen de muziek het laatste stuk, slecht en heel maar dan ook heel erg hard.Dat verziekte de laatste 3kwartier/uur.Meerdere gasten er over gesproken en dat vonden ze allemaal.Rest van de tour en boot toch waren top.
Brilliant day out. The guides were the best. Very informative and the lunch and drinks included were great. The entertainment was local and amazing. The boat trip home very relaxing. Very well organised throughout. Would recommend and we will certainly do again. Just take some cold drinks with you for the morning jeep safari as they were needed.

The staff, the boat, the village quinta farm up river, the tasty food accompanied by outstanding singing, dancing and prancing were all unexpectedly top-notch.
A well organised river cruise, with a great meal and super entertainment provided by the whole Riosultravel team at the farm visit. A very, very enjoyable day!!
Heel goede begeleiding, kinderstoelen aanwezig in de jeep, onze chauffeur kon heel veel vertellen over de streek. Ook Nederlandstalige begeleiding maar niet in iedere auto. Ambiance bij het eten, fijn zwembad ook met badje van 50cm voor de kleinsten. Daarna 5 minuutjes stappen naar de boot met live muziek.
